01How much does a Sur-Ron repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the parts required, so we start with diagnostics and then give you a clear assessment of the work. We only carry out the repair once you approve it, so you pay for the work actually needed rather than for guesswork.
02Do you repair Sur-Ron battery packs and BMS?
Yes. We assess cell condition and BMS operation, and resolve balancing, charging and sudden power-loss problems. Where necessary we replace damaged components so the pack works safely and predictably again.
03Can you fix a controller (MCU) fault?
Yes. We run controller diagnostics, tune the parameters and, if needed, reprogram or replace the controller. The goal - smooth, even and predictable power delivery across the whole speed range.
04Should I contact you before sending anything?
Yes, get in touch first so we can agree what to send and how to pack it - that way we can receive the bike or part and plan the diagnostics faster. Urgent faults we try to handle promptly, depending on workshop load.
05Do you take customers from outside Lithuania?
Yes. Our workshop is in Kaunas, but you can send your Sur-Ron, battery pack or faulty part in to us from abroad, and we ship parts across the EU and worldwide. Distance is no obstacle to a quality repair.
06How does the repair work?
The scope depends on how complex the fault is and on parts availability. We send the work proposal after diagnostics, so you know the scope and the cost in advance.
