Electric motorcycle electronics repair
in our Kaunas workshop we handle full Talaria electronics repair: motor controller (MCU) diagnostics and tuning, wiring harness and QS8 connector repair, display and throttle replacement, BMS fault fixing. Send us your bike or the part and we program ASI and SiliXcon controllers in-house - and we were the first workshop in Lithuania to officially integrate ASI into Sur-Ron and Talaria.
Electric motorcycle electronics faults we solve
From a display that suddenly dies to lost power or a sticking throttle - e-moto electronics demand precise diagnostics. We find the cause of the fault, not just the symptom.
Controller (MCU) diagnostics and tuning
We read fault codes, check MOSFETs, phases and the logic board, then re-tune the controller parameters.
Wiring harness repair
Repair of burnt, water-damaged or broken wires, fuses and connectors, plus full harness rebuilds.
Display / dashboard repair
Diagnostics, contact repair and replacement for dead, flickering or error-throwing Talaria displays.
Throttle replacement
Fixing an imprecise or sticking throttle; we fit high-quality Domino throttles.
QS8 and power connector repair
Replacing overheated or burnt connectors, reliable QS8 6AWG power wiring and adapters.
BMS and battery electronics diagnostics
Battery management system (BMS) fault finding, cell balance, voltage and protection checks.
Computer diagnostics
We pinpoint the fault precisely using controller software, an oscilloscope and measuring instruments.
Power and tuning settings
Current limits, throttle curve and speed parameters tuned to your needs and your battery’s capability.
Controller programming and tuning
MCU (Motor Control Unit) - the core electronics of an electric motorcycle, governing motor power, torque and efficiency. FabiRide programs ASI and SiliXcon in-house and builds fully custom systems around them.
That lets us not only clear the fault but dial in exactly how the Talaria behaves - from smooth, efficient city riding to maximum off-road performance. We work with stock, eBMX, SiliXcon and Torp controllers.
- Current and power limits - capping motor and battery load
- Throttle response curve - throttle mapping for smoothness
- Field weakening - for higher top speed
- Regenerative braking strength
- Speed and ride mode (eco / sport) limiters
- Protections - overheat, overcurrent and low voltage
| Controller | Type | Tuning | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stock | Sine wave | Limited | Standard riding, factory warranty |
| eBMX | FOC, tunable | App + FabiRide settings | Power upgrades and tuning |
| SiliXcon | FOC, top tier | Professional (FabiRide) | Maximum precision and smoothness |
| Torp | Integrated solution | FabiRide | Mid-drive and custom builds |
// Exact parameters depend on the model (most often a 60 V system) and on what the battery can deliver. Before any tuning we always assess motor and battery headroom.

The repair process - transparent from start to finish
No surprises on the invoice. We always agree the scope and the price before any work begins.
Diagnostics
You ship us the bike or the part, we read fault codes and establish the real cause.
Quote
We give you a clear price and scope of work before the repair starts. No hidden fees.
Repair
We repair or replace components, solder boards, rebuild the harness and connectors.
Testing
We verify power, connections and safety under real load so everything works flawlessly.
Warranty
We warranty the work we carry out and advise you on ongoing maintenance.
What does electronics repair cost?
We cannot quote an exact price upfront - it depends on the fault type, the parts required and the scope of work. Minor diagnostics costs far less than replacing a controller or a full wiring harness.
So we diagnose first and give you a firm quote - then you decide whether to go ahead. You pay only for the work you approve.
- Fault type: controller, harness, display, BMS or connectors
- Whether the part can be repaired or has to be replaced
- Parts availability and cost (eBMX, SiliXcon, Domino, QS8)
- Scope of diagnostics and tuning
- Talaria model (Sting, Sting R, MX3, MX4, MX5)

Controllers we work with
We tune, program and replace the most advanced e-moto motor controllers - built and programmed in our Kaunas workshop. We work with most controllers on the market, and we program ASI BAC and SiliXcon controllers and match them to any motor, so the whole system runs smoothly.
Torp TC500 2.X / TC1000 2.X FOCPlug-and-play power upgrade with Bluetooth tuning - from 25 kW (TC500) to 60 kW (TC1000).
eBMX X-9000 V3VESC/FOC, up to 50 kW and up to 1600 A burst phase current, IP67 - for high-power builds.
SiliXcon SL / SC / AMRuns on its own platform with the manufacturer’s software. We program and match it to the motor - 18-36 kW.
ASI BAC4000 / BAC8000Race-grade FOC controllers, 17-32 kW. We program and match them to any motor.
