SurRon and Talaria battery repair
Specialist Sur-Ron and Talaria e-motorcycle battery repair. We always start with a precise diagnostic - measuring every cell group, the BMS and the real remaining capacity. When one cell group fails while the rest are still healthy, we replace exactly that group; if the pack is simply worn out, we offer a new or rebuilt pack that we design and build ourselves - in our Kaunas workshop, for customers who send their packs in from across the EU.
When range drops, we start with a precise diagnostic
As an e-motorcycle is used, its lithium cells slowly age: capacity falls, range gets shorter, and the BMS can start reading incorrectly because of cell imbalance, moisture or mechanical damage. That is why SurRon and Talaria battery repair always begins with a precise diagnostic - only that shows whether a single cell group has failed or the whole pack is already worn out.
In the FabiRide workshop in Kaunas we open the pack and measure every cell group, its internal resistance and the state of the BMS. If only one cell group has failed and the rest are still healthy, we replace exactly that group; if the pack is worn out, we honestly recommend a new or rebuilt battery that we design and build ourselves.
What battery repair covers
From a precise diagnostic to a new or rebuilt battery pack - we handle the entire Sur-Ron and Talaria battery care cycle in one place.
Battery diagnostic
We measure the voltage and internal resistance of every cell group, check the BMS, charge and discharge behaviour, and pinpoint the exact cause of the fault.
Cell group replacement
When one cell group fails while the rest of the pack is still healthy, we replace exactly that group - the faulty 18650 or 21700 format cells and their links. Partial work on a worn-out pack will not bring capacity back, so in that case we offer a new or rebuilt battery.
BMS replacement and programming
We diagnose and replace the battery management system (BMS), restoring protections, cell balancing and correct communication with the bike.
New or rebuilt pack
When a battery is worn out or you need more range, we design and build a new or rebuilt lithium pack - real extra capacity comes only from a new pack, never from partial cell replacement.
The battery repair process
Intake
You send us the battery pack or the complete e-motorcycle, and we receive it at the FabiRide workshop in Kaunas.
Diagnostic
We open the pack, measure the cells and the BMS, and record the exact cause of the fault.
Repair
Based on the diagnostic we replace the faulty cell group, links or BMS; if the pack is worn out - we offer a new or rebuilt pack.
Testing
We run charge and discharge cycles and re-measure the real capacity.
Return
We ship the working pack back to you with care recommendations.
Sur-Ron and Talaria in the workshop
Leave battery repair to the specialists
We work specifically with Sur-Ron and Talaria machines, so we know how these packs are built and where they typically fail.
Narrow specialisation
We concentrate on Sur-Ron and Talaria e-motorcycles rather than everything on wheels, so we find the fault faster.
We repair when it is worth it
When only one cell group has failed and the rest of the pack is healthy, we replace exactly that group and save you money. If the battery is simply worn out, we honestly offer a new or rebuilt pack.
Safe lithium work
We handle lithium cells responsibly and follow safe assembly and balancing practice throughout.
Kaunas workshop, EU mail-in
We work from our Kaunas workshop and take in packs and bikes sent from across the EU.

Let us get your Sur-Ron or Talaria back on the trail
Book a battery diagnostic or ask us about a repair - after the check we will tell you whether replacing the faulty cell group is enough, or whether a new or rebuilt pack is the better choice.
