How do I get a quote for an electric scooter repair?

The scope of an electric scooter repair depends on the nature of the fault, the model and the parts required. That is why we run diagnostics first and then send you a clear quote. We only start work once you approve it - no unexpected charges.

Do you repair electric scooter batteries?

Yes. Battery repair is one of our core areas: we replace lithium cells, repair and balance the BMS board, sort out charge port and charger faults, and restore the pack’s real usable capacity. We do not recommend opening a battery pack yourself - it is dangerous.

What should I do if my scooter will not switch on or charge?

The usual causes are a deeply discharged pack or one in protection mode, a damaged charge port, a blown fuse or a failed controller. Do not dismantle the scooter yourself - our diagnostics will identify exactly which assembly has failed and whether it is worth repairing.

Which electric scooter brands do you repair?

We repair electric scooters from a wide range of manufacturers, including popular market brands such as Xiaomi, Ninebot (Segway) and Kugoo. Most assemblies - battery packs, controllers, brakes - share a similar design, so we handle both universal and model-specific faults.

How does mail-in repair work?

You send us the scooter, the battery pack or just the faulty part. We run diagnostics, agree the work with you, carry out the repair and send it back. If a specific component has to be sourced, we tell you at the quote stage so you always know what is happening.

Yes. We warrant the work carried out and the parts we fit, so there is no need to worry about repair quality. If any questions come up afterwards, you can always get in touch with us.
