FabiRide - a Kaunas workshop delivering professional electric motorcycle repair: Sur-Ron, Talaria and Eride Pro mechanics, electronics, battery packs, BMS and motor controller (MCU) tuning. We were the first workshop in Lithuania to officially integrate ASI into Sur-Ron and Talaria, and we ship parts across the EU and worldwide.
Four systems - one workshop
An electric motorcycle combines mechanics with high-power electronics. We diagnose and repair the whole machine in-house in our Kaunas workshop - from bearing to cell. Send us the bike or just the part.
Mechanics and chassis
Repair and reinforcement of bearings, suspension, brakes, chain or belt, wheels and frame for trail riding and enduro.
Electronics and wiring
Diagnostics, repair and replacement of wiring harnesses, connectors (QS8), sensors, contactors and the Domino throttle.

ASI and SiliXcon programming done in-house
Electronics are what separate a good e-motorcycle from a great one. FabiRide programs ASI and SiliXcon and tunes Torp and eBMX controllers (MCU), configures the BMS and the power wiring so the bike delivers its maximum safely and reliably.
We work with proven controllers and components, so we can match the setup to your riding style - from everyday urban use to aggressive enduro.

With advanced equipment we identify existing and developing faults - mechanical and electronic.

You get a transparent estimate, a parts list and a work plan. We only start once you approve it.

We carry out mechanical, electronics, battery, BMS and controller work in-house in our Kaunas workshop.
Testing
We test load, power and safety so the bike goes back to you ready to ride.
Return
We ship the bike or part back, explain the work done and provide a warranty.

What does a repair cost?
We can’t publish fixed prices, because every bike and every fault is different. You get an exact price after diagnostics. The cost depends on:
- the type and complexity of the fault (mechanical or electronic);
- the parts replaced - controller, BMS, cells or battery pack;
- the model (Sur-Ron, Talaria, Eride Pro) and its system;
- the scope of work - diagnostics only, or a full repair with upgrades.

Controllers we work with
We tune, program and replace the most advanced e-motorcycle motor controllers - built and programmed in our Kaunas workshop. We work with most controllers on the market, and ASI BAC and SiliXcon controllers we program and match to any motor, so the whole system runs smoothly.
Torp TC500 2.X / TC1000 2.X FOCPlug-and-play power upgrade with Bluetooth tuning - from 25 kW (TC500) up to 60 kW (TC1000).
eBMX X-9000 V3VESC/FOC, up to 50 kW and up to 1600 A burst phase current, IP67 - for high-power builds.
SiliXcon SL / SC / AMRuns on its own platform with the manufacturer’s software. We program and match it to the motor - 18-36 kW.
ASI BAC4000 / BAC8000Race-grade FOC controllers, 17-32 kW. We program and match them to any motor.
