The BAC4000 upgrade kit is a complete ASI BAC4000 sinusoidal motor controller package built for the Talaria Sting electric dirt bike. It replaces the original Talaria Sting motor controller entirely. The kit includes the controller, a purpose-built wiring harness, an optional display, controller brackets and a controller heat sink.
Installation is plug-and-play. Because the harness connects straight to the factory Talaria Sting connectors, there is no soldering involved. You also avoid any frame modification or rewiring. The controller runs on 60 V and 72 V battery systems, including the stock factory pack.
Every buyer receives a personal remote programming session with our engineer. During that session the controller is tuned to your riding style. The engineer also checks the installation you have completed before you ride.
Benefits and Advantages
- Up to 15,000 W of power – roughly three times the output of the factory Talaria Sting controller.
- Four power configurations – 5,000 W, 8,000 W, 12,000 W or 15,000 W, depending on the battery you run.
- Reverse gear – the red button on the original Talaria throttle grip is reprogrammed to engage reverse.
- Individual tuning – the controller is programmed personally instead of being shipped on generic factory settings.
- Motor temperature protection – the system watches motor temperature and reduces power before overheating occurs.
- Battery depletion protection – output is lowered automatically once the pack charge runs low.
- No-modification wiring harness – the custom harness plugs directly into the Talaria Sting factory connectors.
- Power adjustment on the display – change the power level and assist percentage straight from the handlebar.
Who Is This For?
The kit is made specifically for the Talaria Sting electric dirt bike. It works with the factory 60 V battery and with a BMS bypassed factory battery. In addition, it suits separately purchased 60 V or 72 V high-current packs.
This product is aimed at riders who spend their time on off-road tracks and forest trails. It is particularly useful for anyone who finds the stock torque and speed limiting. The extra torque is felt at the rear wheel immediately.
Top speed also rises noticeably, depending on your rear sprocket choice. Reverse gear helps on narrow trails and in awkward situations, so you no longer have to push the bike by hand. This is an off-road part, therefore a bike fitted with it is not street legal.

Why Choose the BAC4000 Upgrade Kit?
Many controller kits arrive with pre-loaded settings that never change. This one is tuned personally during a remote programming session. As a result, the power curve is matched to your terrain and your riding style.
Wheel size and speed units are set on the display as well, so the readout matches your actual setup. The engineer also reviews your installation during the same session. That check happens before you put load through the new controller.
The hardware side is equally considered. Brackets and a dedicated heat sink come in the box, so the controller mounts securely and stays cool under sustained load.
