An electric bicycle is far more than a frame and wheels - it is a linked system of motor, controller, battery pack and sensors. When one node starts to misbehave, the symptoms often appear somewhere else entirely: power disappears, the drive begins to stutter, or the bike simply stops responding when you pedal.
That is exactly why quality electric bike repair does not begin with swapping parts, but with diagnostics. First we establish which element of the chain has actually failed - the mid-drive or hub motor, the controller, the battery pack, or simply a damaged connector.

Mid-drive motor repair
Teardown of Bafang and other mid-drive motors, replacement of worn gears, bearings and seals, and sensor restoration so smooth drive comes back.
Hub motor repair
Inspection of in-wheel hub motors, bearing replacement, stator assessment plus repair of wiring and connectors, wheel truing and reassembly.
Controller and MCU repair
Diagnostics of electric bike controllers, repair of connectors and wiring harness, and replacement of faulty controllers with properly matched units.
Battery inspection and repair
Measurement of pack and cell voltages, BMS (battery management system) checks, connection repair, and an assessment of whether a pack is worth rebuilding or replacing.
Computer diagnostics
Systematic fault finding: we read error codes, check communication between motor, controller and battery pack, and find the cause rather than just the symptom.
Preventive service and setup
Periodic maintenance, cleaning and greasing of connectors, software settings and overall setup of the electric bike for a longer service life.
