Primary Chain Kit 219 for Sur-Ron Light Bee – Primary Drive Chain Kit (13T/30T)
Stronger and more efficient beltless primary drive. This 219 standard primary chain set replaces the belt and pulleys with a chain and two sprockets, while maintaining the original transmission ratio (13T/30T). The kit is designed for use in sand, mud and intense off-road conditions.
Why choose
- Much stronger than a belt – resistant to sand, dirt and shocks.
- Higher efficiency – lower contact area and friction coefficient than belt drives.
- Easier maintenance – replacing the chain is easier than replacing the belt, without removing the swingarm.
- The OEM ratio of 13T/30T combination maintains the original transmission geometry.
- Durable materials – hardened steel for sprockets, quality 219 chain.
What’s included
- 13T hardened steel motor sprocket.
- 30T reduction (primary) shaft sprocket.
- 219 chain (length according to OEM ratio).
Specifications
- Standard: #219 chain.
- Materials: hardened steel (sprockets), high-strength chain.

- Maintenance: periodic lubrication and tension checks are recommended.
Benefits in real driving
- More stable power transmission on uneven ground and jumps.
- Lower losses – more efficient use of engine power.
- Faster maintenance – shorter stops at the workshop or garage.
Installation tips
- Check the sprocket line and chain tension after the first 20-50 km.

Will I need to remove the swingarm?
No, you can replace the chain without removing the swingarm.
Is a 219 chain noisier than a belt?
A chain may be slightly louder, but it has greater durability and performance in muddy conditions.
