Restore Accurate Motor Position Feedback on Your TM25
The Torp TM25 Sensor PCB is a genuine replacement printed circuit board that restores the motor position feedback signals your controller needs for correct commutation. If your TM25 has lost position feedback (faults, rough running, no-start, or unstable commutation), swapping the sensor board is the straightforward way to bring the position signal back to spec—without replacing the whole motor.
Important: this is a sensor/feedback board only. It is not a motor controller and not an inverter.
Choose the Right Version (Encoder vs Hall)
This spare part is available in two versions for the same TM25 motor. Pick the version that matches the signal type your controller expects:
- Encoder PCB – for TM25 used with Torp TC500 or Torp TC1000
- Hall PCB – for TM25 used with other manufacturers’ motor controllers that require Hall sensor feedback
Why This Replacement Part Matters
- Correct commutation feedback – delivers rotor position information to the controller for smooth, reliable switching
- Controller-matched options – Encoder for TC500/TC1000, Hall for non-Torp controllers
- Genuine TM25 fit – designed specifically as a TM25 motor position sensor board
- Lightweight – only 0.1 kg
Typical When to Replace
- Position feedback errors or inconsistent sensor readings
- Jerky start-up, poor low-speed behavior, or commutation issues
- After diagnosing a failed encoder/Hall feedback board on a TM25
