Restore accurate rotor position feedback on your TM25 motor
The Torp TM25 motor relies on a rotor position sensor to tell the controller exactly where the rotor is—critical for smooth commutation, clean throttle response, and reliable starts. This replacement PCB is the internal sensor board used to bring that feedback back to spec when the original board is damaged or failing.
Important: This is not a motor controller and not a complete TM25 motor. It’s a small internal printed circuit board (PCB) for the TM25 motor’s position sensing system. You must choose the correct version for your controller.
Choose the correct version (matches your controller signal type)
- Encoder PCB – Select this when running the TM25 motor with Torp motor controllers TC500 or TC1000.
- Hall PCB – Select this when running the TM25 motor with non-Torp / third-party motor controllers that use Hall sensor signals.
Why this TM25 PCB matters
- Correct rotor position feedback for stable controller commutation
- Two options for one TM25 motor—pick Encoder or Hall to match your setup
- Designed specifically for the TM25—a true replacement part, not a universal board
- Ideal for repairs when diagnosing sensor/feedback faults without replacing the whole motor
Compatibility
Motor: Torp TM25
- Encoder PCB: for Torp TC500 and TC1000 controllers
- Hall PCB: for other manufacturers’ controllers that require Hall sensor feedback

Before you order
If you’re unsure which version you need, check your controller model and its sensor input type. Ordering the correct PCB (Encoder vs Hall) is essential for proper operation.
