The repair time depends on the fault – usually it takes 1-3 working days after diagnosis.
Where can I get my scooter or bike repaired or serviced?

How do I know if my battery is dead?
If the battery is drained very quickly, does not charge fully or does not switch on, it may be a sign of wear and tear. FabiRide service technicians can measure your battery’s actual residual capacity and perform a full diagnosis.
How often do I need to have my scooter or bicycle checked?
It is recommended to check every 1-3 months or after a period of heavy use.
